Thumbalizr is a image manipulating application that allows users to easily capture screenshots from any website.

Instead of doing it the traditional way by hitting PrintScreen, Thumbalizr only requires a URL a. When the application has taken the screenshot, it lets the user decide how large the image is going to be.

Images are initially hosted on the site but it is unknown for how long.

Personally, I think thumbalizr is a very useful tool especacially for bloggers in the web 2.0 niche. I also think that Thumbalizr should start hosting the user generated screenshots on their site for easier access.

All in all, Thunmbalizr is another of those web tools that are admirable because of their simplicity and usefulness.
