Let me rephrase that, Zenrec.net is not an “online recruitment” website, at least not in the traditional sense. Zenrec is a free webservice that is offered for employers allowing them to review a wide range of resumes localized in their specific coverage areas.
I've recently looked into Hound.com which is a job search engine with impressive statistics, job listings or job opportunities. Zenrec.net seems to be that counterpart of Hound in the business, employer side of job placements. The latter is a webservice beeing offered to provide businesses business recruitment solutions. The objective is to save employers time and effort from looking around prospective candidates for job positions that they happen to have.
Zenrec wants to have a good working relationship between employers and recruitment agencies. By providing an easy online interface where both parties can coordinate properly, Zenrec is committed to create a win-win situation.
The website claims to be unique in providing such services and so far I haven't seen anything like it.
