It's all over the web. Microsoft fired their CIO. Stuart Scott's employment at Microsoft was terminated today on charges of company-policy violations. There was no official explanation from the search engine giant except for the black and white HR-jargon.
Scott was with Microsoft for 2 years starting 2005 afer transferring from GE where he worked for 17 years. Scott is recognized as on of the top 100 CIO's in 2003 according to CIO Magazine.
In the meantime, General manager Shahla Aly and corporate VP Alan Crozier will be handling the post until Crozier gets cozy as Scott's replacement.
